Condition of returned items
To be accepted, items should be unused, in their original packaging, and in the condition they arrived in.
Items we cannot accept
- Candles that have been opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
How to start a return
Write to us through the contact page with your order number and a short note about the problem. We will confirm the return address and the next steps before you send anything back.
Faulty or damaged items
If an item arrives damaged, send us a photograph when you first get in touch. We will replace or refund it, and you will not be out of pocket for postage.
